1 About EmiratesX

These Terms govern use of emiratesx.net, membership applications and quotation requests. References to “EmiratesX”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this legal entity.

2 Our Services

EmiratesX provides access to the services described on this website, subject to membership eligibility, availability and the terms of each engagement.

The scope of our role, the identity of relevant service providers, deliverables, charges and responsibilities will be specified in the applicable quotation or agreement. Website content does not, by itself, constitute a confirmed booking, offer to sell an asset or commitment to complete a transaction.

3 Annual Memberships

Standard: USD 30,000 per year. VIP: USD 150,000 per year. Elite: USD 250,000 per year. All prices exclude applicable taxes.

Membership applications are assessed by our specialist team based on the applicant’s profile. The review process normally takes 3-5 weeks and may take longer where further information or verification is required. Submission does not guarantee approval.

Membership provides access to the service categories associated with the approved level. It does not include the cost of travel, accommodation, assets, events, investments or other requested services.

4 Annual Term Renewal and Cancellation

Membership runs for one year from the commencement date stated in the membership agreement and is renewable annually.

Members may cancel renewal at any time by emailing contact@emiratesx.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current membership term. Membership benefits remain available until that date, after which the membership will not renew.

Membership fees are non-refundable, including where a member cancels renewal or does not use the membership, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancellation does not entitle the member to a prorated refund, except where required by law.

Any administrative renewal arrangements will be stated in the membership agreement. Annual renewal does not, by itself, constitute authorisation for an automatic payment charge.

5 Quotation Requests

Members may request quotations within their membership scope without an additional quotation request fee.

Non-members are charged USD 3,000 per quotation request, excluding applicable taxes. This fee relates only to the quotation request and does not include the requested service or asset.

Quotation request fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

A quotation request does not guarantee availability, a particular price, successful acquisition, investment outcome or acceptance by a third-party provider. Its scope will be confirmed before it is accepted. Any additional charge resulting from a material change in scope requires your agreement.

6 Quotations and Confirmations

Quotations are subject to their stated validity period, availability, applicable taxes and any conditions identified in the quotation.

A service, booking or transaction is confirmed only through written confirmation or an applicable agreement. Relevant supplier terms, cancellation provisions and third-party charges will be disclosed before you commit.

Membership and quotation request fees are separate from the charges for the underlying services.

7 Information You Provide

You must provide accurate and complete information and have authority to act for any person or organisation you represent.

Where relevant to a request, we may require identity, authority or compliance documentation. We may decline or pause requests that cannot lawfully proceed, cannot be adequately verified or fall outside our service scope. Any fees already paid remain subject to the applicable agreement and mandatory legal rights.

8 Third Party Providers

Services may involve independent aircraft operators, yacht operators, property owners, hospitality providers, event organisers, advisers or other specialists.

Their responsibilities and applicable terms will be identified in the relevant engagement. Use of a third party does not remove any responsibility EmiratesX has under its agreement with you or applicable law.

9 Service Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellations relating to an underlying service are governed by the quotation, booking confirmation or service agreement accepted for that request.

The non-refundable membership and quotation request fees must not be interpreted as making all payments for underlying services non-refundable.

10 Website Use and Intellectual Property

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful or misleading material.

Website text, branding, layouts and other materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. These Terms do not grant permission to reproduce EmiratesX branding or imply an affiliation with us.

11 Liability

Each party remains responsible for its obligations under the applicable agreement and law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any service-specific allocation or limitation of liability must be set out in the applicable agreement and remains subject to mandatory legal protections.

12 Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and publish the revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted quotation, confirmed service or existing membership agreement without an appropriate contractual basis.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Unless a separate valid agreement provides otherwise, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent Dubai courts, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules and consumer rights.
